Headway is an alternative provision centre, located on the Baysgarth School site. It works in close alliance with Baysgarth School but is a commissioned provision across the Local Authority and beyond.

To be celebrated as an outstanding alternative provision centre, achieving success with all students and families.
Our Mission
By 2025, Baysgarth School will:
- have an inspiring, unique and bespoke curriculum that meets the needs and aspirations of all students to ensure they achieve academic, social and emotional success.
- be known as an innovative trauma-informed centre working collaboratively within the local community and external agencies to support, nurture, and inspire students.
- be the leading alternative provision centre in the region.
