Allotment Life

Learning the best methods to grow the best, organic crops...
At the beginning of the term, the Baysgarth Year 9 horticulture class visited the Barton Allotment Society. The students were shown how they get the water from the bore hole to all plots, entertained with a talk on what tools are used on an allotment plot and had a wonderful tour where the students were able to see the benefits of allotment life and had some tasty treats - including a homemade apple and caramel crumble that was specially made for the students.
