Meet our Head Students for 2025-26

Here is a welcome from each of our Head Students.

Hello! I am Fin and I will be looking after Yr 11 until the end of our secondary school journey. My main focus is to help the school overall but also help the Yr 11s have the last year they all want! I want this year to be filled with memories and opportunities. I want anyone who has an idea to raise it to me so I can be a voice for you guys! Let me give you the year you deserve!

Hi my name is Alyssa and I am really looking forward to being one of Baysgarth School’s new head students. I am going to be taking care of the year 10s and helping them through their important year next year. I personally want to focus on new and exciting opportunities for this year's group. I want to make sure every student has their ideas heard, whether that's in the student form or to me personally. I know I can make this a great year for you all.

Hi, I’m Flo, and I’m one of the new Head Students who will be looking after Year 9 this year. I’m really excited to take on this role and to be a voice for the year group, helping to make sure everyone feels heard and supported. Outside of school, I enjoy dancing, which helps me stay active and creative. I’m looking forward to seeing what this year brings and working together to make it a positive and memorable one for everyone in Year 9.

Hi i’m Maddie, I am one of your new head students and I will be looking after Year 8 for my last school year. My duty as a head student will be to spread more awareness about mental health in secondary school, and try and help people to talk about their feelings, this will be one of my main focuses with year 8. I want all the students voices to be heard, no matter what year group they are, as i believe the students opinions matter! I am extremely excited to be your next head student, and to make a positive impact on our school.

Hello, my name is Max Wojtala and I am one of the newly appointed Head Students who will take care/look after Year 7 in 2025/26. I am extremely happy to help the newest year settle in and have the best first year at Baysgarth School. Some things about me/what I do outside of school include watching Formula 1, researching many things(e.g. aviation/planes, dinosaurs and Outer Space), I also help everyone to the best of my ability and I will try my hardest to send a survey to help me understand what I can do to make the Year 7 better. Hopefully, I will be able to get around to everyone in person and meet them.
