Children's Mental Health Week

Across Riverview, we celebrated CMHW and their mission to 'know yourself, grow yourself'...

Throughout the week-long event, Baysgarth, Castledyke and Headway hosted a variety of activities, challenges and events to hone in on this year's theme. From outdoor discos to workshops hosted by With Me in Mind, our children and young people embraced the opportunity to self-reflect and grow, to focus on what really makes them a wonderful and unique individual, and what makes them happy!

Castledyke children took part in various activities, including writing down what makes them happy, reflecting on what makes them their 'true self', designing their own sweatshirt designs to express their feelings and enjoying a fabulous playground disco-mania session!
