Media Literacy Champions

Baysgarth Media Literacy Champion certificates, along with key rings designed and created in conjunction with the DT department, were awarded to Year 7 and 8 students who consistently participated effectively in Media Literacy lessons this year, and were always engaged in class discussions about the benefits and challenges presented by online media. 

The Media Literacy curriculum, which has just completed its first year, has been a massive success, largely due to the engagement and interest shown by our students, as well as the enthusiasm of the teachers delivering the fortnightly sessions.
