As the only TeachFirst accredited SCITT programme in the region, R.I.T.E. offers the highest-quality teacher training, mentoring from skilled and experienced leaders and vast opportunities for professional development for each and every trainee.

With a 100% retention rate and 75% of trainees going on to secure a leadership position in our schools after qualifying, we are confident that we can offer the best possible start for anyone looking to launch their career as a teacher.

We offer pathways into teaching at a secondary level in a variety of subjects - Science (all three areas), Maths, English, MFL (French and German), History, Geography, Business, Music and PE. We ask all attendees complete a short expression of interest form here prior to the event.

Join us to chat with Course Leads, meet some current ECTs and trainees to get their perspective, have a tour of the school, and have an opportunity to ask lots of questions!
