Arbor Parent App

The Arbor Parent App is the primary communication tool between the school and parents and carers. The Arbor Parent App is a mobile application that can be accessed via any smartphone, tablet or computer.

Arbor allows the school to communicate a wide range of information to you, including attendance, behaviour, timetables, exams and give you the ability to update your contact details and view school reports.

Google Classroom

Students have a Google Classroom for each of their lessons. You can monitor their progress and homework set via this platform. Click below to view a helpful guide for parents and carers using Google Classroom as part of our home communication programme.


We are a paperless school and use electronic methods to contact parents and carers, including email, text messages, social media and via the Arbor Parent App. This allows us to share information and news faster and more reliably. Additionally, the frequency of information shared with parents and carers helps keep you better informed of the many exciting projects, events and achieving taking place at the school.

Parents should provide the school with the following information:

  • Name of parent/carer
  • Email Address(es) – Please indicate primary address
  • Mobile Number(s) – Please indicate primary number

We would like to remind parents to update the school with any changes in contact information, to ensure our records are kept up to date and communication is not affected. You can update your details anytime using the form below.

Please note that if we do not have these details, there will be a delay in receiving home-school communications.
