Pastoral Support

At Baysgarth, we recognise the challenges that families face in promoting their children and young people to be safe, well, prosperous and connected. There may be times when students, parents or caregivers need extra help and support. If this is the case, please come and talk to us.

Our pastoral system is firmly established and rigorous both in relation to safeguarding and the nurturing support offered to all our pupils and families on a daily basis. Our clear hierarchy of Form Tutors, Heads of Year and Learning Managers are overseen by the Senior Leadership Team.

To further support families, we have a dedicated site offering information, advice and guidance for both parents/carers and students, including a variety of resources and details of training available to all families.
