Harmful Behaviours
At Baysgarth, we have a zero-tolerance to harmful and abusive behaviours (formerly referred to as bullying). Here you will find support, resources and information. If you have any worries or concerns, please speak with your Learning Manager or Head of House.
Harmful and abusive behaviours are defined as repeated and persistent behaviour which is intended to hurt someone either emotionally or physically, and is often aimed at certain people because of their race, religion, gender or sexual orientation or any other aspect such as appearance or disability.
If an incident has occurred and you would like to report this but do not feel that it constitutes harmful or abusive behaviour, please contact your child's Form Tutor in the first instance.
We have also developed a Reporting Form for students. This document is designed to report the harmful and/or abusive behaviour of and/or by students at Baysgarth School. Alternatively, you can report incidents via WhatsApp on 07759 132663.
